Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand, while others will be shipped directly from artists in the US.
For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.
Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Tracking servers take up to 7-10 days to reflect any significant info regarding a shipment, this is why we only give tracking numbers on demand. If you ordered 7 days ago and looking to get tracking number please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
